Daniel Rodriguez Gerry Spence Method Instructor

Daniel Rodriguez, founder and president of Rodriguez & Associates, facilitates a Gerry Spence Method course tailored to assist lawyers in enhancing their trial advocacy skills through self-awareness, honing trial skills, and mastering impactful storytelling techniques.

The Spence methodology teaches lawyers how to connect with any case through authenticity and reliability – building trust between jury, attorney, and plaintiff.  A seasoned trial lawyer who has utilized the Spence Method for years, Daniel is adept at teaching lawyers how to utilize the emotional value of storytelling to underscore fact-based evidence required throughout jury trial including the opening statement, witness examinations, and closing argument.

The 3-week GSM annual intensive program is designed to provide lawyers with a comprehensive learning experience, equipping them with valuable skills and insights to excel in their legal practice including training in psychodrama, jury selection, communication techniques, and narrative structure to be applied in trials.

An experienced, award-winning trial lawyer, Daniel Rodriguez is frequently asked to lecture and teach trial skills for organizations including numerous bar associations. He is affiliated with the American Association for Justice, the Kern County Bar Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Daniel was the first recipient of the Gerry Spence Trial Warrior of the Year award.
