At Rodriguez & Associates, we’ve found that, in California, it may take 2 to 3 years (or even longer) from the date that you file a lawsuit until you have a trial or settlement.

However, a quick settlement may lead to you or a loved one accepting a settlement offer that is far below what your actual needs are.  It is vitally important that you take the time to fully understand your injuries, accurately value your damages, and fight for full and fair compensation.
