Daniel Turek was born and raised in San Diego, California. He spent his childhood enjoying the beach, going to San Diego Padres games, and playing sports. Daniel’s father is a lawyer, and seeing the impact he was able to have on the lives of others inspired Daniel to pursue law. He always knew that he wanted to spend his life doing something that would help others in a meaningful way, and as an attorney at Rodriguez & Associates, he has the opportunity to help those who need it most.
After graduating high school in San Diego, Daniel attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for his undergrad. There, he majored in Business Economics and minored in Spanish. For his minor, he was able to spend a semester studying abroad in Buenos Aires where he was fully immersed in the language and culture for six months.
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Daniel went on to attend California Western School of Law in San Diego. During his time there, he earned the highest grade in evidence advocacy in his class. He also participated in moot court and was heavily involved in the trial team.
When he’s not changing lives as a trial attorney, Daniel enjoys reading, writing, playing piano, watching sports, running and spending time with friends. He’s an avid Padres fan, and will happily defend them, the Buffalo Bills and the Aztecs. If you ever have the pleasure to run into him near a piano, ask him to play some Frank Sinatra for you.
