Throughout the month of August, NBCUniversal Local partners with hundreds of animal shelters across the country to encourage pet adoption and support local shelters. Since its launch in 2015, Clear the Shelters has helped more than one million pets find their forever families.
On Saturday, August 22, 2026, members of the Rodriguez & Associates team will be at the City of Bakersfield Animal Care Center to support this meaningful community event. Whether you’re ready to adopt a new companion or simply want to learn more about local animals in need, we encourage you to stop by.
